Abstract
The Multiple lentigines syndrome or LEOPARD syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder with variable expressivity. The eponym LEOPARD stands for lentigines, EKG abnormalities, ocular hypertelorism, pulmonary stenosis, abnormalities of genitalia,
retardation of growth, and sensorineural deafness. The exact pathogenesis is unknown. The most accepted postulate is that the mutation ocurred in the stem cell pool of the neural crest during embryonic life.
We report a 15-year-old male patient with all of the described manifestations except EKG abnormalities.
